Concerning the scuffles leading to the interruption of the match Italy vs Serbia, we think it is fair that both teams, including Italy, are punished with the 3-0 defeat and that they both do not get points for the match. The Italian government states that Serbian police did not cooperate, even though the journalists, during the television report of the match, admitted that Serbia itself advised that there would be 400 turbolent supporters to keep under control, as you can see in this video, minute 3:50 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=308xVKtx9y0). Once again the Italian government demonstrated that it is not able to maintain public order during international events, while during Italian league matches they just close away supporters' sectors and limit their travelling for away matches operating real territorial discrimination. This discrimination is also pursued against supporters of the same team: the recent introduction of the "Supporter's Card", allows access to away supporters' sector only to its owners, but at the same time allows all the supporters who do not have the card to purchase tickets of any other sector, therefore mixing fans of historically rival teams. During the match Italy vs Serbia, played in Genova, many Italian supporters wearing T-shirts or gadgets with the two city team's colours (Genova and Sampdoria) were prevented from accessing the stadium, for "public order regulations" and police seized normal tetrapack fruit juices from some children, while Serbian supporters were allowed in with any possible offending object, as everybody could see. For this reason we think that Italy is as responsible as Serbia for what happened and that it has to be equally punished.

In merito ai tafferugli che hanno portato alla sospensione di Italia-Serbia, crediamo sia giusto che entrambe le squadre, compresa quella italiana, vengano punite con la sconfitta per 0-3 a tavolino, e che non ricevano punti in classifica relativamente a quella partita. Il governo italiano sostiene di non aver ricevuto collaborazione dalla polizia serba, quando durante la telecronaca trasmessa in Italia gli stessi giornalisti ammettevano che proprio dalla Serbia era arrivata la segnalazione di 400 facinorosi da tenere sotto controllo, come potete ascoltare voi stessi al minuto 3:50 di questo video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=308xVKtx9y0). Ancora una volta il governo italiano ha dimostrato di non saper gestire l'ordine pubblico in occasione di manifestazioni internazionali, mentre durante le partite del campionato italiano si limitano a chiudere i settori ospiti ed a limitare le trasferte dei tifosi operando vere e proprie discriminazioni territoriali, ed anche fra tifosi della stessa squadra, come l'introduzione recente della "Tessera del Tifoso" che consente l'accesso al settore ospiti di chi la possiede ma allo stesso tempo consente a tutti i tifosi ospiti che non ne sono in possesso di acquistare i biglietti di qualsiasi settore della tifoseria di casa, finendo col mischiare così tifoserie anche storicamente rivali. Durante la partita Italia-Serbia, disputata a Genova, a molti tifosi italiani veniva impedito l'accesso allo stadio se indossanti maglie o gadget con i colori delle due squadre della città (Genoa e Sampdoria) per "disposizioni di ordine pubblico", e addirittura ad alcuni bambini venivano sequestrati dei normali succhi di frutta in tetrapack, mentre ai tifosi serbi veniva consentito di introdurre allo stadio qualsiasi tipo di oggetto atto a offendere, come abbiamo potuto tutti vedere. Per questo motivo crediamo che l'Italia sia responsabile quanto la Serbia degli incidenti avvenuti, e debba essere punita nello stesso modo.
